Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the Ezboost website (ezboost.cc), the Ezboost School (school.ezboost.cc) and related services (together — the “Service”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Ezboost provides game-related services for Counter-Strike 2 and Valorant: rank boosting (performed by our players either on the client's account or together with the client in lobby/duo games), coaching, educational courses and related digital content.
The Service is operated as an online project; support is provided through our Discord community and the in-site support tools.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use paid features of the Service. By paying for any service you confirm that you are of legal age and are entitled to use the chosen payment method.
3. Accounts and sign-in
Sign-in is performed through Discord OAuth. You are responsible for the security of your own Discord account.
When an order requires access to your game account, you provide credentials voluntarily and only for the duration of the order. We never change your credentials, do not touch inventory or personal data inside the account, and recommend changing the password after the order is completed.
4. Orders and conduct
Order details (current rank, desired rank, mode, timing) must be accurate; wrong details may change the price or make the order impossible to complete.
- do not interfere with the booster's work during piloted orders (logging in mid-game may cause order suspension);
- do not use the Service for fraud, chargeback abuse, money laundering or any illegal activity;
- do not resell or share access to purchased educational content.
5. Game-platform risk and our guarantee
Rank boosting may violate the terms of game platforms (Valve, FACEIT, Riot Games and others). You accept this risk when placing an order. We work carefully and discreetly, but no service can guarantee the absence of platform penalties.
Our guarantee: if a penalty is caused by OUR fault — meaning a ban of our own account used for your order, or a ban applied to your account while our player was playing on it — we will compensate the lost progress with additional games free of charge (restoring the lost rating). This is the only form of compensation; monetary refunds are not provided in such cases.
If a penalty results from your own actions (cheating, toxic behaviour, boosting attempts outside our service, sharing the account with third parties, etc.), no compensation is provided.
6. Payments
Payments are handled through the internal balance system. See the Payments & Refunds Policy for full details on top-ups, subscriptions, auto-renewal and refunds — it is an integral part of these Terms.
7. Intellectual property and non-affiliation
All course materials, texts and site content belong to Ezboost and are for personal use only.
Ezboost is NOT affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Valve Corporation, FACEIT, Riot Games, Tencent or any game publisher. Counter-Strike, Valorant and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners.
8. Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms; the current version is always published on this page with the date above. Significant changes are announced in our Discord community.
