Privacy Policy
This Policy explains what data Ezboost (ezboost.cc, school.ezboost.cc) collects, why, and what happens to it. We collect the minimum needed to run the Service.
1. What we collect
- Discord account data received via OAuth sign-in: Discord ID, username, avatar;
- Telegram ID — only if you link it for notifications;
- order history, internal balance operations and top-up invoice records (amounts, dates, invoice numbers);
- learning progress in Ezboost School (completed lessons, subscriptions, bookings);
- technical data: IP address and basic request logs, used for security and abuse prevention.
We do NOT collect or store bank card numbers, bank account details or wallet private keys. Top-up transfers happen in your own payment app (e.g. Alipay) outside our systems; we only record the invoice amount and its status.
2. What we use it for
- providing the services you ordered and showing your dashboard;
- matching incoming payments to top-up invoices;
- sending order/subscription notifications (Discord, Telegram);
- preventing fraud and abuse.
3. What we never do
We do not sell or rent your data. We do not run advertising trackers. We share data with no one, except when a service platform (Discord/Telegram) technically delivers a notification you enabled, or when disclosure is required by law.
4. Cookies and local storage
The site uses browser localStorage for session tokens and interface preferences (language). No third-party advertising cookies are used, so no cookie consent banner is required.
5. Storage and retention
Data is stored on our servers and retained while your account is active. Payment/invoice records are retained for accounting and dispute-resolution purposes.
